テーマ： Environmental factors affecting change of upper respiratory tract microbiota in young children

要 旨 : I have been conducting research in the pediatric department of University of Occupational and Environmental Health since April 2018. In the first year, 2018-2019 I was training as a researcher. From 2018 till now I am a graduate student in the pediatric department. During these years, I had the opportunity to be part of the clinical research at the pediatric department and I learned many things about the research field. Besides, I was able to learn and understand Japanese culture and adapt with it. Based on this, I will present my journey in Japan as a graduate  and a foreigner student. I will talk about my study and share the results with you. Also, I’m going to talk about my journey from my country to Japan and the difficulties during this journey and introduce some about my culture.

テーマ： 産業医義務年限期間における小児科医としてのキャリア形成

要 旨 ： ご存じの通り産業医大出身者は就学資金の貸与を受けた期間（6年間）の1.5倍の期間（9年間）産業医等の職務に従事することが必須であり、この9年間のうち最低2年間は専属産業医または勤労者医療総合センター及び過労死等調査研究センター、厚生労働行政機関に従事することが義務付けられている。臨床医にとってこの２年間が鬼門であることは言うまでもなく、産業医と小児科医をどのようなバランスで過ごすかは難しい。私は、専属産業医として株式会社SHIMANOで勤務する傍ら、社会人大学院として神戸大学小児科で研鑽を積んだ。ちょうどコロナ禍に突入し当初イメージしたものと大きく乖離したが、どちらも学ぶべきことが多い期間だった。研究報告会の場であるが、これから産業医義務年限を過ごされる先生方へ向けて産業医期間の過ごし方にも参考になればと考えている。
